NEPC Annual Reports

The NEPC Annual Report contains information on the major activities of NEPC and the NEPC Committee during the reporting year to 30 June. It also contains information on the NEPC Service Corporation, NEPM development and a list of publications released by NEPC.

Under the the National Environment Protection Council Act 1994 (section 24) NEPC is required to report on the overall assessment of the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs in all jurisdictions. Summary reports on the implementation and effectiveness of each NEPM are also contained in the NEPC Annual Report.
