Terms and Conditions

  1. The National Environment Protection Council (NEPC) does not charge for data downloaded from our website. Requests for data in other forms may need to be negotiated on an individual basis.

  2. As a user of NEPC data, you must not match the data to any other information. If a record corresponds to some individual or organisation you know of, no attempt is to be made to confirm the identity of the unit or to divulge that information to any other person.

  5. NEPC has the right to refuse to release data if the Corporation considers that the data may be used inappropriately, or the user has a conflicting agenda with the study that would jeopardise its position and programs.

  6. Publications emanating from data requests must contain the disclaimer “The opinions expressed in this work are those of the authors only and may not represent the position or policy of the National Environment Protection Council”.
