NEPC Annual Report 2005-06 - Council Assessment on the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs

The NEPC is required by the National Environment Protection Council Act 1994 (section 24) to report on the overall assessment of the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs in all jurisdictions. Assessments by NEPC on the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs made are available below.

NEPC Annual Report 2005-06 - implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs, reports by NEPC members

Members of the NEPC are required by the National Environment Protection Council Act 1994 (section 23) to report annually on the overall assessment on the implementation and effectiveness of NEPMs for the year ended 30 June. Copies of these reports from each member of the NEPC are available below.
