PROPOSED VARIATIONS TO THE NATIONAL PACKAGING COVENANT AND THE USED PACKAGING MATERIALS NEPM

Variations to the National Packaging Covenant and the National Environment Protection Measure (Used Packaging Materials) are proposed following expiry of the current Covenant and NEPM on 14 July 2005.

The submission period on the draft variation to the NEPM and Impact Statement and the draft proposed National Packaging Covenant and Regulatory Impact Statement has now closed.
