Land Transport Environment Committee
Under the NEPC Act and the National Transport Commission (NTC) Act, the NEPC and NTC are required to collaborate on environmental issues involving land transport. To do this the Land Transport Environment Committee has been established with representation of senior officials from state, territory and Commonwealth environment and transport agencies to provide advice on these issues.
